Third-Party Subprocessor Policy

Zintlr's third-Party Subprocessor Policy complements the Zintlr Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement"), which govern the relationship between the customer ("Customer") and Zintlr Private Limited (“Zintlr”, “We”, “Us”, “Processor”). Any capitalized terms not defined in this Third-Party Subprocessor Policy will hold the definitions ascribed to them in the Agreement.

  1. Third-Party Subprocessors

A third-party subprocessor refers to an external organization or entity engaged by Zintlr to provide specific services or process personal data on our behalf. These subprocessors assist us in delivering our services and may have access to personal information as necessary to fulfill their assigned tasks.

Zintlr's subprocessors play a vital role in delivering our services effectively. They provide infrastructure, data storage, system logging services, and other necessary tools to support the delivery of our services, including customer support and email communications. It's important to note that these subprocessors may have access to customer content and mentions, which could contain information about individuals. However, they are strictly limited to using this information solely for the purpose of supporting our services.

Our subprocessors are carefully selected and bound by contractual agreements to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information they handle on our behalf. They are not authorized to use the data for any other purposes unrelated to the provision of our services. We have implemented stringent measures to ensure that your data remains protected and that our subprocessors comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
